Order and Shipping Information
After you place an order on shieno.com, we will send you two emails:
- The first email confirms that your order has been received.
- The second email confirms your order has shipped.
You can check the status of your orders by tracking your order on usps.com. Please allow up to 24 hours for shipping information to be updated.
Order Status Change
We make every attempt to ensure that items you have ordered are available. However, occasionally we run out of popular items. If you ordered an item that is out of stock, we will send you an email as soon as possible to let you know. If we do not expect to receive your ordered item back in stock, we will cancel that item from your order. If you paid with a credit card, you will not be charged for the canceled item, or for taxes or shipping on that item.
If your order qualifies for a promotion (such as Buy One Get One 50% Off, Free Shipping with $75 Purchase, etc.), and one or more items in your order is canceled, your order total will be adjusted to reflect the change and your order may no longer qualify for the promotion.
We offer FREE USPS First Class Mail to the 50 United States and territories.
Exclusions: Next-Day and 2-Day delivery are not available to APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or post office boxes.
Multiple-address shipping:Each order can be shipped to only one address. If you would like to send items to different addresses, please place a separate order for each address.
Credit card authorization: Orders will be processed and shipped pending credit card authorization. If the order is canceled for any reason, the time it takes for the hold to release depends on the issuer of the card.
All deliveries are pending credit approval, merchandise availability, delivery and weather conditions.
Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
We may contact you to verify additional information. Your order should arrive within 5 to 7 business days after it ships. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
2-Day Shipping (2 business days) or Next-Day Shipping (1 business day)
2-Day or 1-Day delivery orders can only be shipped to street addresses in the continental United States. Expedited delivery is not available to APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or post office boxes. Please contact us by email or phone to request expedited delivery.
We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used include but are not limited to: U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS).
